      There is an older man who works there and is very polite and professional. Don't know who the current mgr is but the one I remember was young and had a beard. Jerk! Tries to push people to sell rather than pawn.

      Love love love this store. Good location and nice people. Clean store and easy to find products. Im not sure of everyone name but everyone who works there are very friendl and courteous. Ive been going to this store for years know because I HATE Pawn America. Max it Pawn has reasonable prices when buying or pawning. I travel all the way from Brooklyn Park to Fridley just to have good service. Keep up the good work Max it Pawn-Fridley!

      First of all Giving this place 1 star is a little too much credit for how rude and unprofessional these guys are. There actually deserve something below zero. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It is a complete scam. They give you offers on whatever you bring in way below it’s worth, then afterwards gives you attitude and smart remarks when you counter argue their price. Whoever the taller white dude is should be fired definitely because he is the one who I am talking about. Complete waste of time and energy in this place. Save yourself the disappointment 👌🏾
