holly oconnell1Someone canceled my debit card yesterday someone at the bank. they were not helpful at all in resolving this issue. Now I have to get ahold of 7 or 8 different companies and have to go to the credit union tomorrow to get a new card . Very inept people working there!

Shauna Valdez2This review is ONLY for their outdoor ATM. They recently moved it to where there's no overhang, so since it was raining, the inside of my car door and I got wet while making a withdrawal. Poor planning!

MaseratiDre Vevo5Did a online app, Dayton called me the next morning and got the ball rolling. It kinda took 3/4 days as to the car sold. Once I got a new car picked out. Dayton made it happen. Thanks Dayton and everyone @ tru-stone.

Allison Burnham5Came into the branch hoping to get a pre-approval letter, without an appointment. James, the mortgage loan officer was able to see me right away! He was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my needs. I was blown away!! I highly recommend working with James if you have any mortgage questions!!

Christina Nelson1This is the sloppiest truestone bank I have ever been to. I had to go to three different people just to pay a bill. The manager Michelle is extremely rude and the employees don't know what they are doing. I plan on complaining directly to the company as well. The employees should be trained if they're going to be messing around with people's bank accounts. Worst location they have.

Brad Strand1I used to like this location back when it was firefly. Today I went and was not treated in a very helpful manner. In fact it was a waste of a trip. I don’t think I would ever open a account with them. Future advice to management. Good customer service attracts new customers and typically will give recommendations to friends and family. In this case I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anybody. I have had better service with TCF bank for crying out loud.

Terri Blackwell2The only reason for 2 stars is the teller that helped me. Otherwise it's 1 or 0! TruStone took over & it's a disaster!! The phone bank is from the 80's. I finally got fed up & had to talk to a rep. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, they don't have a clue what they're doing. 2 different couldn't answer simple questions. The credit cards didn't work after a month. Got a letter saying to activate my replacement card. It never came!! I'm extremely disappointed with this takeover. I'm sure they won't care when I close my 40 year acct.

Armina Mahmuljin1This place is the ABSOLUTE worst! Was wayyy better when it was firefly. Honestly I’m at the point of considering to switch banks. I’m not sure if they got in a new crew but wow they sure are slow!! Don’t even waist your time calling, I have called 3 times now and all times were over an hour wait. They changed so many new things. They just point blank suck.

Golf Buachart5I worked with Melissa Olson to secure the HELOC. Melissa was very prompt in answering all my questions (all through emails). I feel valued as a customer. Not only she provided excellent customer service, she explained and pointed out all the document I needed to complete and sign. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable about the loan. FireflyCU also offered a great rate. Highly recommend this bank over others.
