Emma Wagner5I recently closed on an auto loan with Kyle at this US Bank branch. He made this process easy and was very nice the entire time. I am very pleased with my experience at this branch and highly recommend! He also shared with us a few good places to have lunch at around the area!

Jeff L1I've never seen a bank so unwilling to assist a customer with a fraud issue. Even worse, seeing employees at this bank visibly upset/frustrated that they have customers with a problem. This branch is the absolute worst. I am now a former customer thanks to the horrible customer service at this branch location.

Gamas B1This bank has the worst customer service I have even seen. They hate to see a customer that need help. They are very rude. The way they talk to you makes you to get out of that place. This place has very serious customer service problem.

Sarah Luttman1I really absolutely hate us bank! They dont help you even when you really need it i have been banking with them since 2010. I had a problem that has not been resolved at all. I get a letter after 12 years of being with them and having the same account saying they are going to close my savings account for inactivity now in the 12 years ive done business with us bank they have never sent me a letter stating i had to have money in my account in order to keep it open. For 12 years i dont think ive had much in that account this just goes to show they just want you for your money thats it.

Mady Ekue-Hettah1I came to the usBank branch by appointment to open a business account. No one was available to help me. A banker came to me and said: my co worker is not in today but I can check your paperwork but there is nothing I can do. What a waste of my time! The second day, someone was available but they were behind schedule. I was very disappointed with their customer service. This branch is the worse, they are so incompetent. So slow and move you from banker to banker.

Koray Furrow1I had a few questions to ask about a credit card, and the banker, Devica Chandarbali, was judging my employment history and think I wasn't good enough, she told me what I already knew bout it and still ran a credit check. So safe to say it's not a good spot

Destree Richotte1Awful experience!! I dont know who I spoke to, she didnt say her name, but I called to resolve an issue with an unauthorized payment taken out of my account. After explaining to her my issue and asking for assistance, she transferred me to an automated system that only told me my bank account balance. I called back, the same woman answered, I respectfully informed her that she wasn't helpful the previous time I called and I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Now when I try to call back, my calls are not answered!! I am very unhappy, I plan to close my account after this issue is resolved and I will bank elsewhere. * I would also like to include that I had to call the US BANK customer service line to be assisted, I spoke with a representative based out of Cincinnati, she filed a complaint against this location on my behalf. She was much more helpful and professional than the idiot you have answering the phones at your location.
