  I reached out to Maverick when looking at options for mortgage loans. Maverick was extremely professional, genuine and very knowledgeable. He spent time to talk to me and was very personable. Not only did Maverick provide me with the information I needed, but he also educated me more on financial options that I did not know existed. You don’t know what you don’t know… Most importantly, it never seemed like a “sales pitch” or an attempt to sway my decision one way. Not only did Maverick take the time to explain everything in detail, but he also took time to create analysis charts (visuals) and retype what we discussed in an email. Maverick went above and beyond for me as a potential client; even answering my loan questions after normal work hours. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Mortgage Originator and I’m positive that others will receive the same valuable experience that I did with Maverick.

  Maverick Johnston is the best lender I have ever worked with. He is so focused and cares about the client and the outcome. From day one he was explaining things perfectly, answering all of our question, no matter how tough. Every home we looked at he was prompt in comparing the numbers, and getting us updated info. Once we got the offer accepted he was walking us through every step. We got a loan and deal closed in 24 days because of how on-top of it he was. Maverick will forever be my go-to and I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a lender and a home.
