  Boone and his team made this process as seamless as possible. They were in direct communication with us whenever necessary and also made sure we were structuring our loan to best fit our needs. They are also very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with overall. I can't say enough great things about this team.   Boone and his team are amazing! After working with another lender for months and not seeing results, I called Boone and he was able to get me farther in the process within weeks! He and his team are so responsive, answered all of my questions (there were a lot and they were always happy to help me understand things) and were able to close on my loan in half the time that I was working with the other agency. I would say my loan was also complicated, and never once did Boone or his team make me feel like a burden. They all work together and communicate so well so no matter who you talk to, they had correct updates and information for you. Even with some of their team taking vacations, they had someone to fill in, who knew all the information so there were no hiccups or gaps in the process which I found admirable. They take pride in what they do and they do it well. Boone will be my first call and reference for home mortgages every time from this day forward. I can not thank him and his team enough for literally saving my home buying process!!

  We were living in Bellevue and purchasing a home in Spokane, Wa. Boone was recommended to us by our agent, Matt Raby. Along the way, we encountered a few hiccups and lost a little bit of hope that we would get the home our offer was accepted on. Boone said "I am going to get you into this house. Trust Me!"   Boone is honest, candid, and forthcoming with all aspects of home loans. He puts together detailed, adjustable presentations that could make a 10 year old understand how to buy a house. His responses are timely and prompt, and his rates are top notch. He's also very experienced with VA, so if you're headed to Fairchild AFB he should be at the top of your call list.
