  Kyle and his team with Caliber Home loans went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get our house. I put the poor guy through a loop after losing my job right before we got our house. Him and his team were unbelievably respectful, helpful and generous. Kyle and his team were quick to respond and get us answers that helped us understand what we would be expecting. Kyle took the time to explain each process and was very patient with us being first time home owners. I will gladly recommend Kyle Gilliam in the feature!

  Called Kyle on a Monday concerning a possible Hecm loan, or conventional loan. He took our financials and told us he would get back to us later in the day..no call or text 7 days later. We texted him and told him how unprofessional this was and not even a "sorry". Who does this?? Our neighbors wanted to consult him for a Hecm as well. Absolutely Not! *Edit- Kyle did call 12 days later to tell us he had been sick. We've moved on.

  We had a wonderful experience with Will. He always responded quickly and sometimes even on the weekends. Our refinance was finished within a matter of weeks and he was working with us start to finish, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend!
