  We highly recommend guardian mortgage, and Mickey Perry as a loan originator. He was very quick in communication, and highly knowledgeable. Handling our refinance and home purchase at the same time he was able to help my Wife and I navigate it in a surprisingly easy manner. His ability to give multiple solutions, and perspectives to meet a goal greatly helped. We highly recommend Guardian, an Mickey as a company that genuinely cares about their clients.

  Luke was able to give my family some insight on the banking industry that was honest. He came across as a problem solver and an expert in his field. Plus, the programs that Guardian can offer are outstanding. Especially, the relationship loan where you invest/bank with them, and they will wave mortgage insurance on your purchase or refinance of a home—recommending Luke to all my investor friends!

  Patrick Nolan was super easy to work with throughout the whole process. He answered my phone calls whenever I had questions. He was up front and honest the entire time. My favorite part was the screenshots he took literally showing me his screen and the rates he could lock in for my situation. He also offered the best rate of all the banks I shopped at. Overall, I felt like they wanted to help me and get me the best deal and the best experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LENDER!!!

  I haven’t had a more pleasurable experience when purchasing or refinancing a home. The process was extremely easy with the app and Jordan was not only available every single time I called with questions, but is a genuinely great human being.
