  Ms. Maura is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of her profession. She is a true professional who faces adversity with great grace. We know Maura from church, but didn't cut her any slack because of it and she took it in great stride. She paraded is from house to house and wasn't bothered by our ever changing demands. She presented every house with the same enthusiasm as the first until we found our home. She is what the industry should call the standard. Maura is not only a true professional, but someone I'd recommend to everyone I get the chance to. She came highly recommended by the senior pastor at our church and she did not disappoint.   This wasn’t our first time buying a home so while we had some prior experience and expectations, we did so during a very unique and challenging time. We started the process right at the start of COVID-19 (Feb 2020) and were hit with an endless series of challenges. Being a military family, I found myself in VA trying to buy a house while my wife was in another state trying to sell our old one. Because of these restrictions I never was able to travel back to assist in the selling nor could my family travel down to see new homes. Every step of the way Maura was always within reach going above and beyond helping us. She made time to ensure my wife and I knew everything, scheduled our appointments and navigated the constantly changing rules due to COVID. Maura was and is one of the hardest working, most knowledgeable and motivated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

  Maura went above and beyond both in the big things and in the little things. She took ownership in the sale as if it was hers. She was patient with me and all of my questions, as well as, incredibly responsive. I didn't have to ask her to do anything. She was on top pf every detail. I highly recommend her.

  Maura Bain was simply amazing to work with. My husband and I had used two different agents before using Maura and it was a disaster. Our loan officer referred us to Maura so we figured we would reach out. Maura asked us to sit down with her and give her chance, she told us all about her work ethic and promised to make this a smooth experience for us. Well, Maura did just that!!! She responded to every text message and question my husband and I had no matter what time it was. She gave us her honest opinion about each home whether we liked it or not, instead of letting us pick homes we will regret later on. I have heard so many scary stories about becoming a first time home buyer, but Maura has made my experience the best experience ever.   Maura has been the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is passionate about what she does and goes above and beyond. Even after a few months of our home selling and closing on a new one she still remains in contact with us. We worked with her for a year and never felt any pressure, she was considerate and honest. Throughout the year we looked at multiple homes until we found the one. The sale of our house and purchasing a new one was not an easy task, but she made it happen and exceeded our expectations.   Maura did an amazing job helping us sell our house before being transferred to San Diego. She took a lot of time to make sure that we did everything to prepare the house to be listed and did really amazing photos for the listing. The hard work at the beginning paid off and we had showings the day it was listed and we had accepted an offer within the first week. She was fully engaged from the beginning until the end to make sure everything went through smoothly. We highly recommend her especially if you’re military.
