  Was in doing a simple cash advance off my card with no account. My mother was in there with me and is an account holder. Bigger guy with a ponytail and undercut was helping me and asked if we had an account and I said no just need to do a cash advance. He asked my mom for ID and she stated that they've never had to pull up her account to allow to do a cash advance to which he responded "mam you don't need to yell" my mother has hearing problems and that was very rude and inconsiderate.She did not have a tone and he did not have a right to talk to her like that. She will be closing her account and I will be finding somewhere else to take my business as well.

  They have always been great to work with. Sometimes you have to stay on top of their offers to make sure you get them, such as the referrals. We had to check a couple of times to make sure we received the referral money.

  I joined CFCU when they acquired my local credit union. The transition was seamless, and they even retained some of the employees from the old credit union I was with. They recognize me when I come in, and they’re always kind and welcoming. I’m most impressed with their fraud prevention, which some may say is a little over zealous. However, as anyone who has ever used Wells Fargo before will know, it’s a welcome inconvenience. I would definitely recommend CFCU, particularly the Broken Arrow location!
