The underwriting process went quickly and smoothly despite the complications that came up during the process because he was always on top of communication with the lender.   We worked with a few lenders on a refinance back in 2020. Given our financial situation at the time, Matt was the only one able to get the loan through. He gave us a very competitive rate and laid out all of our options clearly. Can't recommend him enough! Thanks Matt!

  I'm here to tell you Matt Cooke is by far hands down the best Mortgage Loan Officer I have ever worked with. I was referred to Matt over 10 years ago from a co-worker to refinance my mortgage at that time. I used Matt a couple more times through out the years doing refi's. When it came time to purchase the house I just purchased, my Realtor asked if I had a Mortgage lender and I said I sure do and I contacted Matt after several years of not being in contact with him.   I feel compelled to write a review about my recent refinancing experience using Matt Cooke as a mortgage broker. Prior to reaching out to Matt I checked with numerous brokers to check rates and discuss closing costs. As I was about to lock in with somebody else a friend of mine gave me Matt’s name and I am glad I took the time to check with one last person. Matt rates beat every other lender as did his closing costs. I refinanced about 5 years back and the process was painstaking and long, which is why I was reluctant to begin the process now. I decided to take the plunge convincing myself that rates would likely never be at these record lows and I am so glad that I did. I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was with Matt! He was patient and answered all my questions, I also wanted to avoid 2 months or mortgage payments and Matt timed things perfect in order to make that happen. He worked quickly and required surprisingly low levels of paperwork on my part. The process was seamless, and Matt is an awesome, patient and kind guy. I would strongly recommend Matt as your mortgage broker and I could not have been more impressed!
