Peter has been our commercial & residential loan officer since 2017. He is an intelligent advisor and advocate; Peter is our loan engineer!! His exceptional team includes Ranie, Cydney and Fernando; the team members have complimentary talents and provide exemplary loan processing. Our real estate portfolio is complex and growing. Peter is our passionate voice and competently presents our loan proposals to the bank’s top leadership, including the talented David Kinney and the Flatirons Board. Peter has been persistent until solutions are identified for each loan.   My husband and I approached Flatirons on a whim to help us with a mortgage refinance, having been rebuffed by our corporate, faceless lenders. We worked with Peter Jameson (ably assisted by Cydney Riggio) and the whole process was done and dusted in a few weeks. It was fabulously easy working with Peter, and our whole process with Flatirons would be highly recommended to anyone wanting quality service, a local provider and great responsiveness. He remembers my name, and details that make my banking experience quick and easy. The attention provided makes every experience feel personal and professional.   We just went through the refi process with Flatirons Bank, and worked directly with Peter Jameson (VP Mortgage Lending) and Cydney Riggio (Mortgage Loan Assistant). It was a very positive experience, and their expertise and patience really showed! Peter kept in close contact about rates, and walked us through the detailed process very skillfully. He and his team did an excellent job in helping us move quickly during a time of crisis and was able to help us secure the loan when we thought we were too late to acquire.   Flatirons always goes above and beyond to offer dedicated, personal support for our nonprofit’s needs. When Covid hit, and the big banks were unable to help our small business fill out paperwork for the PPP loan, Flatirons came to our side and made the whole process painless. And, we got our loan, which wouldn’t have happened if we stayed with our big name bank. Love working with them! It feels good to be on a first-name basis with your banker who doesn’t change from month-to-month.

  I worked with Peter Jameson and the team at Flatirons Bank on a mortgage refinancing in late 2019. The process was smooth and took about three weeks. Part of refinancing is that quotes and loan disclosures change as you near the finish line (due to things like pre-paids and property taxes). Peter did a great job talking me through the details, and in the one instance where the math didn't add up, he jumped into action to make sure that the hard costs of the loan matched the quote at the beginning of the process.
