  Everyone has been great! other companies would not work with my deceased mother's mortgage so I could get it into my name. Her mortgage company has been a pain to work with. Kandace worked with me from the beginning. Now knowing the condo and mortgage will be in my name has taken all my worries away. Thank you so much!!!
