  I have worked with Amanda and John for about 20 years and I can't recommend them enough. They always provide great rates and fantastic customer service. Whenever we have compared rates, we haven't found anything lower. They answer questions and respond to email promptly and make the whole experience painless. They love their customers and if you work with them often (like I have for refinances, moves, etc.) they almost become like family.
