  Update - Never was addresed. Be aware that After you purchase your home from Mattamy a CANADIAN company, Mattamy Warranty department does everything they can to not take responsibility for any construction defects that they consider cosmetics. The Better Business Bureau gives Mattamy a BBB Rating of "F".

  Horrible experience. My Mom and Dad needed to move to Lakewood Ranch due to my Dad having a recent stroke. The salesperson said they needed to put a $5,000 deposit to hold the lot, which they did. A few days later after realizing it was way over priced and over there budget we drove down to cancel and get the deposit back. The check was not cashed yet and the salesperson promised to rip up the check. Four days later and no contact from anyone the check got cashed. After calling the sales rep he said it would take 45 days to get a refund. Bad business... not a good way to treat people in there 70's and 80's. STAY AWAY FROM HARMONY!!!

  Just moved in here and the community is beautiful and has a really nice pool. I wish less cars were parked out in driveways and it had a bigger back yard but overall I like living here.

  We decided on the location but was disappointed by some fees we were not aware of. Also did not receive call backs during our move in like we hoped. Overall good experience for the last 6 months.

  This community is awesome. Great community pool, gym, playground. What more can you ask for?

  The sales team is great, the construction team is outstanding- The design center is garbage- We built a home with Mattamy- The design center made a number of errors- What is worse they don't call you back. I spent over 60k in upgrades- Zero customer service- Forget about an apology you won't get a call back. Get the minimum what they offer and do the upgrades yourself- They build a great house- The craftsman ship is good. Get your upgraded floors and higher a good trusted contractor to do the rest-
