  We were looking to move our business and personal accounts from Chase since they have forgotten what customer service is. Sue and John were a breath of fresh air. They always seem happy to see us and know us by name when we enter the front door. I thought we were special but that’s how they treat ALL of their customers. I love that old fashion handshake kinda of bank and OZK is all about the service. They even gave us a new customer goodie bag complete with a roll of toilet paper! I love banking there👏🏻

  I have never experienced a banking professional that goes to the length of customer service than John Rojas. Setting up an account at Bank OZK was so easy because John brought all paperwork to me. I didn't have to re-arrange my schedule which is so important when you are a business owner. And I must include that the business advice John gave to me, during an expansion period, was top notch and very helpful to me in making important decisions. Thanks, John!

  If you are in need of a great bank with outstanding customer service, look no further. Bank OZK's team- Sue, Elena, Marybeth, and Seth have been wonderful to my family for many years now. They are knowledgeable and are able to provide prompt answers to our questions. They have gone above and beyond to help us with all of our banking needs. It is so refreshing to walk into the bank and hear them greet you by name. The warm and friendly atmosphere here is so different than any other bank I've used in the past. You are not treated as just another account but as a valued friend. They take their time to get to know you and they go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I am so happy to have found Bank OZK and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of a new bank!

  Best service you can get from a bank. If you have a business or personal account. This is the bank that you want to deal with. As a business owner, you get excellent services, you are not a number like other banks. You are a person. Thank you for your excellent services in all the departments Great services on the phone too.   Great people, great products many banks don't offer. Ask John Rojas about his stated income home equity line. As a loan officer myself, this is a very impressive program most don't offer ! Every customer with equity should look in to this program as a financial safety net.

  MaryBeth, Sue, and Elena are the best! When my children came in to start their checking accounts after getting jobs, they took the time to encourage them and show them about "banking". They are always extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. They know our family by name and seem to always look forward to seeing us. Something we really need in this sometime sterile world of cooperations.

  Excellent small feel bank with big services. I came from a community bank when I moved here and really appreciate the individual attention provided by the people who work here. It will fill all of your personal and small business needs with the personalized touch that you can't find with the big boys. (They actually CARE at Bank OZK!)
