      Mattamy Homes is building throughout the Raleigh outskirt-towns, and has consistently decent reviews in this area. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Whelan, an outstanding representative. They build quickly, but upon multiple walkthroughs during the home building process you can tell they put effort and care into the build.

      The sales agent at this location was very rude. I understand that we arrived near the closing hours. However, even if I loved this neighborhood (and I don't) I would not return.

      Michael lies about selling only to primary residents before renters. They continue to allow investors who then rent out the homes to renters who don't do proper upkeep on homes. If you buy in here, beware of this.
