  I have never walked into a bank, welcomed and introduced to everybody the way I was by Marsha and Morgan. It honestly felt like we were being welcomed into a family. They were both beyond fantastic with getting me set up with a business account and credit card processing. I can't even begin to thank you ladies enough for everything!

  Last year I moved my law office accounts from a much larger regional bank to Fidelity Bank. From the moment I began working with Fidelity, I felt like I mattered and my business mattered. This was extremely lacking at my former bank. I have been impressed by the impeccable PERSONAL customer service I have received thus far.   Excellent customer service. This branch goes beyond the call of duty to help all my business clients. Great relationship bank and bankers. Rosemary and Jessica are great from the commercial banking department.
