      Theft reimagined in the form of a ''non-customer check cashing fee'' of an outrageous $8.00 on a $200 check drawn on MidFirst. Why? Because (a) they can, because (b) the general public and their own account holders roll with it, and (c) apparently the Federal Reserve and/or Comptroller of the Currency give it a nod. I'll be adding a $16 charge to our mutual customer's next invoice, wherein I'll make it clear that the charge is to cover their bank's theft of $8.00.

      I absolutely adore EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at my local branch and the Nichols Hills location. I’ve come across a few frustrating moments that had me ready to visit my other banks and close this account, however the Local Customer Care is beyond impeccable and that’s a hard thing to find. They will acknowledge and take care of any issues in a “Family” kind of way. Thank you all! Great Community Service!

      I've been with Midfirst for years, best bank in Oklahoma by far. You don't have to make an appointment to see a banker and they have been so helpful. In fact, I helped move my mother's account to this bank and she said its so much better than Chase and was very pleased.

      Best Service We have ever received from a Bank here at Mustang Rd Branch and also the May & 23rd St Branch! Personal Banker Darlene spent over an hour helping us resolve a difficult issue. Darlene and Marie (May & 23rd) have been Very Patient and Kind in helping us understand Bank Procedures, taking the time to Tailor Make our accounts, which solved our banking needs. As an older couple, having this kind of personal attention has been invaluable! This says a great deal about their employees and their management.

      The Lobby and Drive thru tellers are excellent at their job and excell at customer service. Every Midfirst branch I frequent in Oklahoma City always has great customer service, but at the 22nd and May location, theirs is just a step above the rest. In a time where most people never hesitate to complain or leave a bad review, I had to make sure this branch knows they are taking great care of their customers. Thank You!

      Oh the banker (Russel) was unresponsible and no niceto me. We were talking for just 2 minutes without any help. I am disappointed 🙁 of Mild first bank and close my accounts after 2 years.

      This is normally my second bank. Tellers are often rude or snippy and customer service is lacking. I need to rethink banking with these people. Today their system was down and after more than ten minutes of waiting I finally got to the teller. After a few minutes of fumbling around I was told that my transaction could not be processed. The female officer was particularly not helpful. I should have gotten her name because her idea of customer service is much different than mine. She should be written up.

      I had made a grave financial error that caused my account to go negative and cost me 3 overdraft charges of $32.50. When I called and explained the issue, they refunded me 2 of them saving me $67.00. They were very courteous and understanding. Once again, they proved they are worth doing business with.
