  And Oh So Helpful! Mike and Janel worked all hours, through several "Almost Sold" revisions for my new home, as there is fierce competition for houses in this area and in addition, issues with selling my house in Virginia. They got it done though, and never gave up!

  Let me start by saying that I will call Matador again and will give them my money. I don’t think anyone else should hesitate in doing the same. Initially, we had a pretty poor experience with Matador Lending. While the details of that experience are no longer relevant to this review, suffice it to say that we ended up not purchasing a home and were pretty put out by the whole experience. I felt like our situation could have been handled much better than it was. And I was right, because it was handled MUCH better, and when the next opportunity comes for us to buy a home, I’ll call Matador first. Mr. Sanghavi earned our business by calling me and not only extending an apology and explanation for what happened, but offering to make it right. It was his tone and words that make me believe this is a company that is absolutely worth doing business with. Businesses are made up of people, and we all know how messy that can get. We make mistakes. I think instead of looking for a company who has never made one, we should decide who we do business with based on how a company will handle a mistake when one is made. And in that area, Matador passes with flying colors.

  John Gutierrez did a hell of a job putting together my loan for a condo I recently closed on. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond. Top notch customer service, the best. I highly recommend these guys as opposed to some of the other loan giants out there.
