  I can’t thank Claudia and Christopher enough for their help. I had a bad experience with another loan officer and my application was taking forever to be reviewed. Once I contacted Claudia for help, she jumped right in and got me the preapproval letter within just 24 hours with Christopher’s help. Excellent service and very kind people. Both of them are rock stars!

  This was the worst experience I have had dealing with a mortgage company. I don’t want to name anyone but we explicitly told the guy we had an offer for x% with no points with another company. The guy told me he could definitely match it. We get into a meeting the day before closing to make sure everything is properly setup and there are points on the loan. In the end he took them off (only because our realtor said that she would not send any future referrals if he did not make it right) but if we had not caught that.. we would have been paying money that we shouldn’t have. Will absolutely never use this company again or refer anyone to them.

  Haydee Carpy is the person you want to hire as your loan officer, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Great customer service & the fee is not as high as other mortgage company.
