  Chris fountain has been our loan specialist for 4 houses. We are pleased with how fast he gets the job done. My realtor loves his speed. Closing day has been a breeze. Rates are competitive and customer service is top notch. Can’t go wrong with Chris. On our 4th home there were multiple bids. Chris called the sellers realtor himself to vouch for us. That definitely helped us to get picked. My friend Mike referred me to him and I referred him to my sister for a refinance. Total 6 houses through Chris and everyone is satisfied.

  Our experience with Dana and Pamela was excellent! They helped us on a schedule that was accelerated at the seller's request and they executed perfectly. Highly recommend!

  If I could give zero stars I would. My loan officer, Christopher Fountain, cost me a large sum of cash from my savings I wasn't wanting to spend and had no choice or I would've defaulted on the closing. He never was apologetic and was inconsiderate to the amount of money he was costing me. On top of that, the company Bay Equity, which I paid thousands of dollars to for working this loan, continuously sends unwanted spam mail to all my previous properties. Very unprofessional. I will not be using them in the future and would not recommend them.

  I would recommend Bay Equity and their team to anyone in the home purchasing market. Very professional, informative about the home buying process, and alway a step ahead. I would choose Bay Equity every time I needed to buy a home. Will Swallen was an absolute rock star throughout the entire home buying process which was filled with many frustrations and disappointments. But he was also there for us when it counted the most, the purchase of our home.

  Zach Goodwine went above and beyond during the mortgage loan process for me. He was constantly in touch when things needed to get done or if I had any questions. I am amazed at how quickly he was able to pull everything today before closing day. He was very friendly, enjoyable and educated and I appreciate all of his help! I will recommend him and Bay Equity to my friends and family

  My experience with Phil Ringer was great. I started of with a goal in mind which was to refinance my house after a divorce. Phil listened, answered my questions, counseled me and told me what I needed to do to make my refinance happen. I did what I needed to do to reach my goal, and with a descent interest rate. He was positive, professional, & personable. Communication was outstanding which made the process essier as well. I’d highly recommend Phil Ringer to anyone. He gets the job done!
