  Angela was wonderful throughout the entire process. She ran through multiple scenarios for us when we were evaluating our loan options. She also went above and beyond when it came time to close. We were working with a small town title company that was struggling to get things together for closing and Angela facilitated a courtesy closing locally and made sure everything was in order and on time! Can't recommend her enough!

  Brooke Payne was amazing through the whole process and helped me greatly as a first time home buyer. I wouldn't have been nearly as confident in my next steps as I was because of the wealth of knowledge Brooke provided me day one all the way through closing.   Hometrust Mortgage is the company to go for when you need help with refinace or new loan. i went with them both the times and i couldn't be more happier. Scott whom i worked with did the best he can to help me out, very professional and kind. I would recommend (already did to few) this company to anyone. and specifically recommend Scott Sewell, he is the best.

  Me and a friend were purchasing a home and had everything set up through to the final underwriting and we get a call at the very last minute that a regulation had changed a month earlier and my business partner no longer qualified for the loan. The company never notified us of this and acted as if the entire purchase was going through until the very last day before closing. The officer dealing with our mortgage, Morgan Smith, called us at 4:59pm to tell us this news and wouldn’t you know it, we can’t get our earnest money back after 5pm. Now we are out $1550 plus inspection costs. I will never deal with this company again and I recommend staying away. They are unqualified to handle people’s money.

  These guys were the best! This was my first home-buying experience and they made it easy. Rob Spring even showed up to sign paperwork and make our closing process even quicker. I can't say enough nice things.
