  We had wanted to do a cash out re-fi on one of our rental properties and I could not find anyone who would do a cash out on a 4 plex. Masters Team said of course they could. The re-fi went smoothly and was completed through phone and internet other than signing the final papers with a notary that came to the house. Cut 1% off our interest rate and have cash to make improvements to the property which will increase its value.
