  Inside is roomy, not bright, perhaps calm while saving on costs. Okay. Notable is some great staff. A+ in a few visits. Nice, helpful, voice tones good. An aside: street's i.d. sign is easy to miss.

  After already waiting in line for over 10 minutes, I watched one of the tellers allow a woman to cut the w entire line of 8 people (who had all been waiting even longer than myself) because she was pregnant. She vocalized that she didn’t want to wait in the car while her husband went inside but she didn’t want to stand in line. Special treatment should not be provided to someone who (1) chose to be in the condition they are in, and (2) has someone else with them who can stand in line for them. Won’t be visiting this location again.

  Although all banks have weaknesses, Wells has many good qualities. Wells is convenient and available, with banks in every state. I find this to be very helpful when I travel. Wells also has Saturday hours and other banks don't. When I need the bank, I can't take time off work during the week, so Saturday hours are fantastic and my main reason for being a customer. I like this branch specifically because they are usually pretty quick, and many times very helpful. Wells can't control the intelligence of their young staff...they have to work with what they have available and this varies from state to state.

  Not a company you want to go with. Sells your info, closes accounts randomly, allows payments that should be declined, pulls money to pay automatically one month then nothing the 2nd 2x the 3rd. I have been a patron for 15 years since i was 11 and not a drop of loyalty. So new people if you like anal this is the place to go just walk in, drop trou, and bend over. F this business

  Not so happy about the customer service here... Not everyone but just one teller. She could do better then that. Because i never had any problem before for cashing check then depositing it right back.

  Staff was terrible! Anna was no help, and made no real effort to help me resolve my issue. Complete waste of time.
