Such a rude service. I have an advantage relationship banking account. The in-charge or supervisor of this branch (some Indian lady) was so rude when we were asking clarification about a transaction (she was not able to answer the question) and very rudely asked me to close the account if we don't like the service. No wonder why this branch has pathetic rating and BOA is going down in business. This is for advantage relationship banking account. Then you can imagine, how the service will be for lower account types. Do not open any account with BOA. There are lot of other banks with much better services. Stay away from BOA. Your accounts and transactions are not secured in BOA.

The manager in this branch does not know the basics of customer relationship. She is very rude. I am not sure how she is qualified for this position. BOA should remove her from customer engagement positions. She may be posted in the back office where customer interaction is not needed.

Multiple people just standing around inside of assisting customers. Everything thing is someone else's job kind of environment.

This bank is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I am changing banks after my experience today. The manager Justin (who refused to give me his last name) is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I notified him that I would be changing banks due to the ongoing issues I have experienced with Bank of America after 10 years of banking with them (yes I should have changed banks years ago) I thought his response would be more than just “Cool do that then.”

I used to came here in 2003 and was great. I came back today to get cash out and one teller and 8 people in line. Not to mention rude and takes forever. She had to restart her system took another 5 minute. The big guy looks like a manager just standing around. Another guy in the back playing with his phone. 20 minutes total time to get money out. Not business friendly. I don't have time to spend 20 minutes in here. And no Business Section like most BOA locations.

0 stars. We just hope they improve. 1. Extremely slow service: 40+ minutes. No effort to save or respect customers' time. Ineffective allocation of expert staff. No place to sign-in. 2. No privacy: Anyone in waiting area can easily hear every word of the conversation. Huge risk of identify theft supported by the bank! 3. No courtesy: A "senior" staff mentioned they're doing a favor to customers (as opposed to providing customer service for which they are actually hired for). He was wearing a tie and not doing any work! 4. Not kid friendly esp if the service is expected to be that slow.

I mainly use this branch to deposit checks or withdraw cash from the ATMs. There are only two, so there can be a line during the busy times, but they're user-friendly. There's also a drive-thru ATM if you don't want to get out of the car. It's been a while since I've gone inside, but it was dated and definitely needed a remodeling. It can get very crowded, and just like every Bank of America, service can be slow if you come at the wrong time.

Cashing a Check? Better make an appointment! This is the absolute worst bank in Folsom and I truly mean that! I bank at Chase, BOA, Wells Fargo, US Bank and a Credit Union... Yet this is ths only one that always have just 1 cashier with extremely long waits! I came in to deposit a check and have been waiting for almost 20 minutes. There are 5-6 visible staff members and only one serving a line of 12 people! There is a woman standing at the door... greeting as if this is Walmart! We prefer to have you beind the counter serving customers. To top off the insanity, I make it through the line and attempt to cash a check then deposit the cash so that my money is available during a road trip and they told me I can't! The bank policy is we have to cash then go outside and deposit it into the ATM. This is extremely frustrating! I have to spend 20 minutes in line just to get half of my transactions done!

The worst customer service I have ever received in Bank in this country.I am closing the account due to worst customer service. Banker and Managers think they are doing a favor to us . Scenario: I had a E Banking account . Bank of America automatically converted into Checking account and did not notify . They have been charging every month continuously every month to maintain my account. I realized this was happening from past 8 months as I had noticed money withdrawal from my account. Today ; I sat with Banker and wanted to discuss about how can this be resolved. The Banker Shruthi Ghate without even looking ; she responds to me saying ; you have been discussing this issue always from few years about monthly fee . I advised the Banker ; there was no question of monthly fee upuntil few months as I have been overcharged. I never had a monthly fee on my account as I had E banking . The Banker Shruthi Ghate goes ; I remember you always disputing monthly fee . I was upset with the way she put it across. I never disputed my monthly fee as I had E banking till now. E Banking account will not have monthly maintenance fee .The Banker did not even know what account I actually had . She doesn’t know if E banking even existed . If my account was converted. Without reviewing the account; she confuses me to someone else . Laid back Bankers .... they don’t know what they are doing. Bankers think customers are dumb . This was a total embarrassment.... rather than acknowledging she doesn’t know what she is doing. She blames on customers. I am closing my account. There are 100s of banks with good customer service and good products . Scenario 2: Saturday weekend.... was in line at 11:45 . It was a crowded weekend. I got my turn to the teller at 12 pm . I had to access safe box .The teller who was the Bank manager himself denies me to give access to safe box . He says access is not allowed half an hour before closing. Remember I was in line at 11:45 ... when it was my turn it was 12 pm . They did not let me in to access safe box . Worst customer service, bankers , managers are slackers not willing to assist customers. They do racial discrimination.
