  3 star only because the new phone system that was just installed is horrible and also forces you to talk out loud which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be made faster and without the cutting out/speak out loud only features

  HIRE MORE TELLERS. 15 people in line, 10 minutes per person is rediculous.

  I stopped by this branch on 10/22/20 and was helped by a young teller named Kelsie. What a breath of fresh air! She was so friendly, courteous, and helpful that she brightened the rest of my day. And that's really something to appreciate right now. Kudos to her for providing service with a cheerful, positive attitude.

  There is always only one or two tellers. They also need to make sure follow cdc guidelines because there was 15 people inside and not 6ft apart. Please hire more tellers and get the line moving.

  Golden 1 experiences in general are mixed, if you are trying to get loans, expect the process to take an extremely long time, they process things very slowly. If you are expecting to get Tax information to file your taxes, they won't give that until February, they are very inefficient. Expecting much in the way of interest on savings? Forget it. However the branches are generally clean.

  I really wanted to like this branch because once you actually get help, they are nice. But the problem is that I always find I end up waiting 20+ minutes while I watch the tellers chat behind the window and its just so irritating because they obviously have the manpower available to help the customers, not everyone can be on break at the same time.

  I love the fact that you can get your debit card replaced right then and there. No more waiting a week or two.

  Very poor customer service. We had an appointment to sign loan documents for a car and ended waiting 4 hrs for something that should take 15 minutes.

  Terrible customer service. I called to ask some questions and the lady treated me awful. I dont even know what I did that got her in a mood, i was being kind just trying to find out information.
