  Mary Ann Platz was great. She went above and beyond getting our mortgage. I worked 2 jobs at the time. Walmart being one of them, she would meet me at the store. To collect hard copies of things she needed. Answer all my questions. She was wonderful.

  This is our second time working with Mary Ann. We contacted her when we bought our first home and then again when we bought our most recent home. Mary Ann is very deligent, detailed, transparent and literally helps you along the entire process. Mary Ann was available and communicating with us constantly, even in the evening hours to ensure all the correct paperwork was filled out and submitted. Mary Ann kept us informed about our loan process throughout the entire process and even up to the closing hour. No question was outlandish and she was amazing from start to finish, each time.   This is my second time using Mary Ann for a home purchase. We first used her with a different company that is now closed about 7 years ago and when we decided it was time to sell and buy something else I looked immediately to find Mary Ann! I was so happy she was still in our area with a new company! Any home purchase has ups and downs and lots of questions whether it be your first time to tenth time, and Mary Ann was there for us through it all. When we found a home we loved we had a couple options of type of loan we could receive and she immediately answered me in the evening so we could decide what to offer and what our plan was. If I ever decide I need or want to move I will call Mary Ann. I am sure to bring up her name any time someone mentions they are ready to purchase a home. Holland Mortgage should be proud to have such an outstanding Loan officer!
