  We took our truck in to have the wheel bearing looked at and the service person took it fior a drive and came back and said that it was not the wheel bearing. The girl on the phone said that the truck was never put on a lift. The rubbing that was there when we dropped it off was still there when we drove it home. They had our truck for less than a half an hour but charged us over a hundred dollars for an hour and a half of service time. We will NEVER go back to Champion Ford. We have had so many problems with them over the last few years. My dad has bought Ford's from them since the 90's and my mother is a current customer as well. My father would be heartbroken knowing that I will not return there but I have had enough.

  Champion Ford Service Dept was able to get my Recall Appt done same week and in less time than they quoted! It was quick, easy, safe, and painless. I will visit again.

  We all know covid has turned all Industries upside down this year. I had gotten my pre-approval loan and built to spec a ford f150. I waited months for ford to issue a VIN number and build my truck. My wife and I were finally told that ford stopped 2020 production and moved on to the 2021 f150s. We were sad. We built a new 2021 to spec and found a lot of features we wanted were either no al-a-carte or not available anymore. We again were sad. We had a Jeep and a 6 month old. A jeep is fun but getting a car seat in and out of a jeep is beyond annoying and not practical. We knew we needed a more family friendly vehicle. We then moved 3.5hrs from home to Erie PA. Here we kinda just browsed through the different dealers to see if anything caught our eye. I found champion ford not far from our new home. I went in and was paired up with Brett Perry. We chatted and I told him what had happed and what we wanted. We talked trucks life outside of work etc. He was beyond understanding and helpful. A few days went by after not really seeing anything and Brett called me and said he had a truck for me to take a look at. We went and checked it out as a family and we were amazed that Brett continued to look for us and keep us updated when he found a vehicle. I was warry of getting a used vehicle that I didn't build to spec but Brett wales us front to back top to bottom inside and out. Explained the entire process of a certified pre-owned vehicle and all the checks it goes through and has to pass. He explained how the warranty works and everything. We ended up getting the truck and couldn't be happier. Now Brett was about 2 days from getting married and still took his time and answered all my questions multiple times and stayed on task so to say. Brett treated us like his family and made the process extremely easy and somewhat fun haha. Instead of just signing papers and driving away Brett took extra time and showed my how every thing works on the truck and helped set up all the different features in it. We definitely recommend Brett and champion ford.

  Champion Ford Service Department is Great! Good Service people and super Techs, the work they do is done right , on time and very affordable. I will be coming back for more work!

  The entire experience was fluid. From the scheduling to the service, they guided me seamlessly through the process. Each step of the way someone professional, efficient, and considerate informed me and offered help if I had questions. On the day of the scheduled work, the staff even identified and scheduled a recall repair that I wasn't previously informed of. The wait time flew by as well. They have a kitchen where customers can self-serve hot and cold drinks. The waiting room has a television and a toy area for parents with children. The Wi-Fi password is provided on signs there and it worked well too. While you wait, another staff member texts you to offer assistance of you have any questions or need any help. To complete the whole process, they have a staff member come greet you when your vehicle is ready. All in all, it's a multi-faceted process that they make seamless by their stellar level of customer service and their work flow process.

  I have a 2012 Ram 1500 and Champion Ford has taken really good care of it when serving. There were only a couple problems with the oil filter after oil change this pass year but they took care of it at no charge. I do have my wife and sons car that gets serviced there as well. I May have them do my inspection in the future.

  We purchased a new F-150 on Thursday. Working with Brett, we found the best one for my husband, within his parameters. Brett was great to work with: no pressure, straightforward, and shared contagious excitement for us when everything went smoothly!

  Took my 2012 Ford Escape in for a Recall item. (Forget actual name\item) but had something to do with fuel management. After I had brought it home (this has been probably 5-6 months ago) I'm still having hard starting issues. The first two weeks I took it as (assumed) whatever it was would go away, thinking that maybe something needed to get run thru fuel lines. Then I had forgot about as I have four vehicles & hadn't driven it in awhile. Problem is I turn the key to start & it'll crank over & over until about 10-15 seconds then it starts. The crazy thing is I can let go of the key & it still turns/cranks as of I'm still holding the key in the start position. I failed to call to let them know of this issue. I guess I was thinking maybe this is way it's supposed to be. Figuring since eventually it does start I let it go. I'm still having this issue & since it's been so long I doubt they can do anything for me. So with writing this note, maybe they'll contact me On the good side, last week I had the same car in for deer strike damage. They had repaired it quickly & did a great job!! I was going to bring up starting issue but felt since it was in the past I'd have no luck. This goes to the saying "you don't know until you ask" I didn't. (Edit-reply to your reply) I probably would've JUST called for an appointment, I'm sorry, I didn't know you were open on Sunday (when I wrote this review) On how it was a 3 rating (recall done, but had/still have issues with vehicle ) Once resolved, i have no problem in changing my rating.
