  Elizabeth ‘Biz’ Sauers was awesome to work with. I went in to Widget looking for help with my husbands account as he had recently passed away. Biz was super sensitive and answered my questions and sent me in the right direction. She also helped my son with his account and did a great job. After all was said and done and I could access my husbands account, Biz was so helpful and pleasant getting everything straightened out for me. She had all the answers for me and if she couldn’t answer my question, she found someone that could. I really enjoyed working with her. I also should add that Biz remembered everything about me and my family that I had mentioned to her before. That was impressive to me as I know she has a lot of customers. Biz was so professional and friendly and I couldn’t have had a better person help me navigate this difficult time. Biz is a great asset to the Pittsburgh Avenue Widget! I hope you are always around to help me Biz!! Thank you!!

  My fiancé and I frequent the Pittsburgh Ave location in Erie. We will even go out of our way to visit this particular branch as Sandy is our favorite Teller and always sends us off with a laugh and/or smile! 😊

  Christine was/is very helpful when it came to refinancing my car loan. The transaction was smooth without any hiccups. I appreciate all of her help and will refer her to anyone looking to refinance their auto loan.

  Very nice staff, customer service is great. My only concern is when I've called the branch on Pittsburgh Ave. in Erie, PA to pay toward my loan they are never confident in the transaction process. It concerns me a great deal my personal information is not securely protected. And the $5.00 fee they charge when calling a local branch office that supposedly is a fee to the customer for convenience.

  Thank you for all you're help Jake! Every time I come into this location I am always greeted with a smile. Friendly and professional staff. Today, I got the GetCash Card and opened up a savings account as well. Jake was phenomenal with helping me and my fiancé reach our goals! We talked about about me and my fiancé goal to save for emergencies, and about I talked about getting out of chexsystems and regaining self control over my finances and getting a better credit score in the next couple years! Jake was awesome! He helped me so much, and we had a really great conversation about my goals, and he was upfront about the pros and cons of the card, what I need to know, and more. Thank you Widget Financial. :) This is the best location I have been too!
