  Lynn and her team were great to work with in the process of closing on our first home! She was prompt, professional and responsive, she worked with the changes in schedule as best as she could to get us closed on time and into our new home. The process was extremely simple and everything was explained to us in a way that made sense to first time buyers. I would highly recommend Presque Isle Closing Services!

  I NEVER write reviews but Lynn provided a level of customer service I haven't seen in a long time, so I felt compelled to write this. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Lynn wass so professional and personable. She was quick to respond back to me with any questions and her prices were reasonable. She made the process easy and anxiety free for me. I would recommend her to anyone. You will not regret choosing Presque Isle Closing Services.

  Only took 30 mins from when I walked in the door, completed the signing and to walk back out. They were friendly, organized efficient and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

  I felt no stress during my closing process, thanks to Lynn! She is super organized and explained all of the details very clearly to me. She followed up with me when I was procrastinating and kept the ball rolling. She is also a dog lover so our boys did their own thing while I was signing the paperwork, which only took 15 minutes. It was a really great experience from beginning to end!

  We were a bit nervous about buying our dream house in Erie County, not only because we were thousands of miles away, but we were purchasing the home privately.
