  Marty Rodriguez did what another agent couldn’t do in almost 5 months. Not only did she get my house sold we were in escrow in only four days. Marty is extremely knowledgeable and her company is loaded with employees who are very responsive. Marty and her team kept me informed of everything going on with the sale every step of the way. I would most definitely hire her again.

  From the get-go, we felt very comfortable with Marty, and that she would get the job done! When we were finally ready to get the ball rolling, and list our home of 25 years, Marty told us we would have offers within the first weekend. She sure knows her stuff! She handled everything that came our way with the utmost knowledge, skill and perseverance. I cannot say enough about her staff also! Each and every one of them are a real pleasure to work with.   Marty and her entire team are great! She helped our family sell their home in CA when we were in the sticky situation of needing the funds to get a new home out of state. She and her crew really stepped up to the plate when our buyers (who are great people) got the lender from hell! Not only did Marty help them get a new, competent lender, but she helped keep everyone on our side involved with the purchase of our new home patient and understanding while we worked our way toward closing. This whole process was very stressful for my family, but I cannot imagine how we would have done it without Marty and her team's assertiveness, professionalism, and expertise when fighting for us combined with warmth, kindness, and understanding when dealing with our family.   I cannot say enough good about Marty Rodriguez and her team. I have never had a more painless, seamless realtor experience. I am not one to take the first name I come to so I spent a lot of time researching. My criteria was experience and a significant number of recent sales with good reviews. Marty got everything right, from setting the initial price (we got multiple offers over asking the first weekend) to shepherding the entire process to a quick completion.   I would recommend Marty Rodriguez to anyone! Prior to selecting Marty as our realtor, she went out of her way to help us refinance our home by referring us to someone she knew. She did that even though there was no benefit to her. She is very personal and all around a good person. Initially we chose a relative to sell our condo when the time was right, worst mistake. Finally, after all the hassle with the first realtor having us do all the work, we dropped her and ran to Marty. She was very professional and her business is ran extremely efficiently because everyone has their specific tasks to get your home sold for top dollar. Anytime we had a question and needed to call her, Marty always answered, even if she was in a meeting. Marty by far exceeded our expectations and sold our home, which resulted in us getting the full asking price.

  Unbelievable! I have bought and sold many houses in my time but never had I had the pleasure of dealing with such professional experts as I did with Marty Rodriguez and her team. Yes, I said her team. Marty is wonderful and truly the best at what she does. However, her team is also the best at what they do. We were kept updated/informed on a regular basis regarding the progress of the sale of my mother's house. With three family members involved in this sale and all of us being in different locations/states, the folks at C21 Marty Rodriguez never, ever let us feel lost or stressed in any way. They made this daunting task of selling our family home of 58 years a very enjoyable and successful process. I would never had thought it possible to actually enjoy selling a house! haha Believe me, if you don't call Marty for your real estates needs, you are missing out on the best!

  I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MRS. MARTY RODRIGUEZ AS A BUYING AGENT AND LISTING/SELLING AGENT. I first worked with Marty in 2012 to buy a property. I quickly learned to trust her experience, professionalism, and negotiation skills. She has a great team working for her-all very organized, thorough, and very efficient. Therefore, again I employed her service in September 2017-this time as a listing agent to sell my Mother's property. The transaction was very emotional for me, however, Marty was kind, respectful, and empathetic towards my situation.
