  I have used Sean Martin with Martin Funding for my personal financing for 10 plus years on my primary and investment properties. Not only are his rates always the best but the service is as well. He gets the job done with no surprises at closing. Sean always knows the current programs well and makes that process smooth. His support staff is outstanding and responsive. There is a reason he doesn't advertise. He doesn't need too. Highly recommended..

  We had a superlative experience working with Sean and his team on our loan. Their level of communication and efficiency are unmatched.   After selling real estate for 20 years I’ve dealt with a lot of mortgage brokers. Sean Martin Gave a preapproval to my client and then, after the financing contingency was over- less than a week before closing- he “couldn’t close the loan” My client end up having to pay $1.2Million in cash to avoid losing his $50,000 deposit. This lender should’ve lost his license and I’m surprised he is still practicing...But there seems to be a little oversight Or gross negligence like this. The good thing is there’s dozens of other lenders that are reputable and follow through on The programs they offer. I Definitely don’t recommend this lender

  Gabe- I have not worked with you or any of your clients for several years so I have to assume you are referring to the one mutual client that we worked with many years ago. You are correct. We could not obtain a primary home mortgage for your client because the client, who was legally married, wanted to finance the purchase of a new primary home but was unable to obtain spousal consent. Because you have been "selling real estate for 20 years" I am sure you are aware that you cannot encumber a primary home in the state of Florida without spousal consent. For this reason, you client was not able to get a mortgage. Which has nothing to do with the "preapproval" letter. If you want to post reviews online, I would think you want to try and get your facts straight. I have no idea why you would want to leave a bad review on my web site in reference to a deal that had nothing to do with our ability to process and close a qualified client. If the client cannot play by the rules of the state- they cannot get a loan. We take great pride in offering our clients exceptional service and excellent pricing. Last year my office closed over $60 million in total loan production and I am going to go out on a limb and say that almost every one of those deals was a friendly referral, repeat client, or realtor referral. We don't market or advertise- our clients are 100% word of mouth. My response to this particular realtor is that his negative review is totally out of bounds. I cannot think of one reason why a realtor would wait several years to go on a mortgage company website and try and disparage a company's reputation with no regard to facts or any other relevant details. In any event, for anyone reading this...it is completely inaccurate.

  I have known Sean Martin for most of my adult life and there is nobody I would trust more when it comes to my real estate needs. He has helped me quickly close multiple loans, provided valuable referrals and is always there whenever you need him night or day. In my opinion, there is only one option for funding in gulf coast area and that is Martin Funding!
