  Working with Mortgage Navigators, Mark McClurg, was exceptional. Mark went over and beyond professionally to help us retain our family home. Considering we had a difficult case is an understatement. He kept us updated and informed on issues with our file as well as making sure we understood everything clearly.   Mark is a great person to do business with. He is patient and will answer all of your question. He helped me get the loan for my first home. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you throughout the process and explain things as needed. Mark later reached out to us to let us know that we could do a refinance to take advantage of the low interest rates. He walked us through that process and answered all of our questions. I believe that Mark looks out for his clients. I would recommend him and will continue to do business with him. Thank you Mark.

  Mark helped us get financing for our first home and also the refinancing of our house. He never made us feel silly for any of our many questions, and was always straightforward in letting us know what we needed to do. He is very personable and also helped us in really understanding what was going on with our home loan and the different options that were available to us. We had no idea how important it was to have someone that was quick to respond, and he most definitely is. I would highly recommend him.

  This was my 3rd home mortgage refi in 4 years. Rates keep dropping (or staying at historic lows) and value (equity) keeps going UP! So we refi'd to get a better rate, then we refi'd again to get all our debt paid off and get a big load of cash out to do more improvements, then we finally refi'd again several months ago to simply lower our monthly payment with yet another lower (sub-3%) interest rate. This last one is the one Mark & Mgtg Nav did for us. BY FAR the EASIEST, QUICKEST, LEAST HASSLE refi of all 3... by far!!! Mark is great to deal with, and his info upload system is easy and fun, and his demeanor over the phone is tops. If/when we have to do another refi, or buy another house, Mark/MgtgNav is the ONLY company we will consider. And I have referred a few customers of mine to Mark, as well as my father, and the referrals will keep coming!

  Can't recommend Mark enough! He is experienced, super knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and caring. We considered a few mortgage brokers when purchasing our first home and Mark rose to the top; not only beating the others in the financials, but also in just being a human being. Our purchase became a very drawn out and often frustrating process (no fault of Mark's), and Mark was a very calming force throughout it all. He answered our calls at all hours, was very patient with us, but also made sure to be straight and not sugarcoat anything. Thanks for everything Mark!

  Mark goes above and beyond for his clients. He likes to meet them face to face and explain the home buying process. If they are not credit ready he encourages them along the way letting them know what they need to do to be ready to buy a home in the future. When they are ready he lets you know as an agent. Together, you prepare the homebuyer for the purchase, and it's a win, win for everyone. My team and I think Mark is professional and our clients absolutely love him!

  Have know Mark for over 10 years, he is very professional, friendly and great to work with. I have over the years opened several loans and refinanced through Mark and he is always very responsive and gets the process done quickly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
