Robert Needham1Well for starters this place isn't staffed with the nicest people on the planet. They're paranoid frightened and full of sin. Instead of accommodating a potential customer, they chose to shoot me out of the door like a common Vagabond or some undesirable. It's no wonder people like me long ago decided to Bank online with startups like chime or PayPal or cash app. So my suggestion to anyone who is considering banking with these people, his organization has gobbled up most of the silver in the world they have trillions of dollars do you think they care about your money or your feelings? Or that you have kids to feed at home or bills to pay? Or did you just walked 5 miles to cash this check that you were going to use to purchase a car so you can drive to and fro in this ungodly s i n driven place we called America? I pray for them. I'll pray for all of them. Not because I want them in heaven, but because I want to spare them the pain that they cause others. Because it has to stop, and it has to stop somehow.

Glenn Davis5We were with Chase for over a decade for both our business and personal accounts. Recently we switched to First Bank due to Chase adding fees to our accounts that were given fee-free status years ago. As much as I don't agree with how Chase's upper manager is running the company, the people at this Littleton branch have been wonderful. We've had numerous friendly and helpful encounters by most, if not all, everyone there. Manager JR and Senior manager Mike have gone the extra mile for us. This also includes former manager Tiffany. Great people to work with.

Desiree Aldama Trinidad1I have a friend who has banked there for 12 years. Yesterday he went in to do a transaction and needed the restroom badly. When he asked he was told there was no public restroom. He is a costumer not someone off the street. He is a military veteran who faught for our rights and this is how they treat our veterans. They told him to walk about 12 blocks to 711. My poor friend was unable to make it there. What do bank tellers do when they have to go to the bathroom. I am sorry if this is how they treat veterans i am staying away from this bank.

Naomi R Peterson5My experience here was outstanding. I went in with several questions across multiple account types. The personal banker who helped me made sure all my questions were thoroughly answered and offered multiple solutions when applicable, even if one of the solutions was less advantageous for the bank. I will be working with this branch for any questions I have in the future.

Bob Decker5Weston Millner is one of Chase's Private Bankers in this location. He is absolutely outstanding in his knowledge of the Bank and skills in getting tasks done. Last year I lost a $2,000 deposit in the Chase system. Weston was able to tract it down and find it. He has always made himself available for help, always has a smile on his face and always comes through when help is needed. Chase is very fortunate to have Weston in their staff.

Yekatit Fekadu1Would not let me use restroom as a customer who just made a deposit and needed to use the restroom badly. Very sad about this experience I understand you don't have public restrooms but if a customer asks to use the restroom and its urgent there is no reason to say no.

Jacqueline Yamaguchi (Oldirty Bastard)2Would be nice if someone answered the phone. After ringing ten times a rather pathetic recorded voice points me to the 1-800 number, which I wanted to avoid in the first place. Maybe they're just really busy and can't answer, hopefully not in any trouble like a bank robbery.....oh damn, now I feel bad for complaining. I'd feel awful if that were to be the case...but for real, answer your phone.
