  Rick and I just completed a refinance with Ideal. Joel Barach and I met to initiate the process. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and let me know exactly what Ideal needed from us and the how the process would work. Everything went as explained and we were closed within 20 days. Shanan Daugherty was very helpful as well. All of our expectations and hopes for the process were exceeded.

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ideal Home Loans. My husband and I decided to refinance our home in February. At first we tried to do it with our current mortgage holder. We were approved by them, they told us we just needed to have an appraisal done by their appraisers...never heard from them again. After a month of repeated unanswered calls, I called Ideal Home Loans. From the beginning Matthew Semryck and the rest of the staff were amazing - answered all my questions immediately, got me all the paperwork quickly, and most importantly - kept in touch! I contacted them in early March and while at first they told me the closing would be in early April, they ended up being able to get it done at the end of March. The whole process, really, has been easy and painless - I HIGHLY recommend this place.

  just want to say thank you so much Carrie O and Debra V for your support and guidance through this long and tedious process. No matter how many questions I had, you two were always available to me. Carrie always gave me good advice on how to repair my credit long term and kept in the loop on any changes or updates on my refi. I would differently recommend this company to my friends and family. Carrie O’Connel should be awarded, “Employee of the Month”! She really takes care of her clients from beginning to end!!!

  We started with another company and was going no where. I heard the ad for Ideal Home Loans saying call for a 2nd option and I did and so glad I did. Within 24 hours Erika called us and met with her on a Sunday as that is the only day that worked for us. Never would have expected anyone to come in on the weekend. After leaving there that day, we had our list of what we needed to do. More then we ever got with the other company that we worked with for over 2 months. Erika and Matt worked so closely with us every step of the process. Was able to call and text anytime I needed anything. She worked with us through every obstacle we came to all the way to 2 days to closing. Could not have done this without Erika and Matt. They are the best!!!! Will not use anyone else!

  We just refinanced with Ideal. It was the second time we used them. The process went smooth. We dealt with Joel Barach. All questions answered. Was able to reach every single time I called him, except for once, where I left message. He responded back in a very timely manner. Recommend highly!

  Dan D and his team of REFI experts are professional, responsive, willing to take time to explain and answered every question during our REFI process.
