  Irina has been amazing from the start to help us with all the requirements to get a loan and going all the way to final stage of purchasing a house. She has been super professional and knowledgeable the whole time. She always responded super quick whenever we had any loan or precess questions. She also worked super hard to get us the best rate possible. She made the whole house buying experience much much less stressful.   Irina is a very knowledgeable, easy to work with, nice but firm lender. Thanks to her, we successfully refinanced our house at a lower interest rate, got rid of the mortgage insurance and reduced monthly mortgage payment. Irina helped to make it happen much faster than if it would be on our own pace. Throughout the entire process, Irina explained every detail, was a great communicator and a perfect resource not even mentioning how nice and positive she is. We already have plans to work with her again on our next project. We highly recommend Irina!

  Great Experience Had a great experience and relationship from start to finish working with Irina as our mortgage broker. She makes it really easy to get all the information needed to go through the mortgage process. I loved her online portal system and great friendly attitude. Communication was excellent!!   I had spoken to other companies before I found Irina. They were not helpful at all. When I reached Irina, I was very surprised how great a personality she had. This loan was all new to us we are first time home buyers but she explained every little detail and she did not mind repeating if we didn't understand. We worked on this loan for quite a while and it felt like we made a new friend. Great experience with Irina. She was always there to answer any question that we had and willing to work on our time with our hectic schedules! Very nice and helped us every step of the way. We will definitely use her again!! Highly recommend.

  Irina is great person to work with. Did a great job helping through my first home buying experience. She provided the best quality and best return time when it came to pre-approval as well as getting the loan closed. With that being said Irina is the best option you have when it comes to financing a home. I will be using her as long as she is in business. Highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
