  I don't have words to explain how amazing was working with Mark and every member of their team. They all did an outstanding job. I had difficulty getting approval from my builder company and Mark stepped in and I was able to close on my home. WE are so happy and exited and so tanksful. Thank you Mark and Team.

  I couldn't have been more pleased with this process. Mark Smith knows more about the loan process than just about anybody I've met (and I've bought 3 homes and refinanced 4 times over the years. He brought professionalism and knowledge. And his team was awesome. I always knew exactly what the next steps were, and they helped me navigate all the steps without bogging me down with the minutia that I have experienced before with other mortgage lenders. Oh, I forgot to mention - I did this all while being multiple states away. I highly recommend. Next house, next refi (and many more) will be going to Mark and his team.

Truly a best-in-class team with a thoughtful, hands-on approach (weekly personalized video updates, as an example.) I wouldn't work with anyone else in the future.

  Mark and his team were on top of everything from the moment I started looking at homes with my realtor. They were responsive, easy to get ahold of, and gave great mortgage advice based on my budget. Mark was even available to give feedback when crafting the initial offer. After I went under contract, they were in touch for all required documents and made it easy to upload them.   Mark Smith and his wonderful team are so amazing! We have worked with Mark on several real estate transactiond from working at the Gene Arant Team so I already knew how amazing they are. However we were refnancing our home with his team and it was incredible working with them on a personal level as well.   Mark was fantastic to work with. We refinanced our home after an owner-finance, with his team. Lucia from his team was amazing as well. We had a lot of issues that arose outside of their control, and Mark and Lucia made sure that those issues were handled. Lucia answered all of my calls/questions promptly and Mark always was always two steps ahead. Their number one priority was our investment and it was nice to have them in our corner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance. Thank you guys!
