  The office that I went to in Oaklawn was very pleasant. MRS. Gonzalez was very nice and answered all my questions. She helped with getting a additional loan. I really like being a customer with Mariner Finance.

  If you want to deal with people that shout at you as a customer, talk over you, or otherwise act wholly unprofessional, this is the place to do business with. I am actually happy with my loan which is my second otherwise, so i dont think mariner is bad, but the "customer service" here is a joke. Do business elsewhere.

  My interaction with Awilda Gonzalez was very professional. She was kind and pleasant to work with. She walked me through the process of my loan. She answered all my questions that I ask. She made sure I understood my documents before they were sign. And I liked that so there would be no mistake about the services offered to me. Yes I would recommend them to family and friends. This is my second time using this service and I have no regrets.

  From the moment I called, Araceli took excellent care of me. She was patient and explained everything to me.   Terrible, completed all of my paperwork, gave estimate of my monthly income before sending actual pay stubs. Was told I was approved. Sent in all of my information and all of a sudden my loan wasn’t approved.My credit score is high and I make over the estimate I quoted. Only to be told at the last minute, that the system didn’t approve me!?!??? I was told this place works with the community…I see different.
