  Melissa Cummings, the Branch Manager at Mariner Finance in FWB, is nothing short of a Christmas Miracle. She was able to refinance my car at a better interest rate, saving me money per month and was able to get me some Christmas cash as well which made our Holidays that much BRIGHTER! She is working on refinancing my husband's car too! Melissa was there when we needed her and Mariner Finance the most! Melissa is dealing with staff shortages and I know we see that everywhere around us any more. She delivered what she said she would and in record time and was pleasant, courteous and AMAZING! Thank you for working so hard for us Melissa, even when you are short-staffed. Melissa is running the office and doing everything herself. She is a SUPERHERO!   Bambi has been our life saver there. She has made everything so easy to do. Any questions you have she will get you the answers so quickly!   Everyone was friendly and professional. It also had a "homey" feel, like I was their friend. The best, efficient, and knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with procuring a loan. Kudos to all, especially the agent that worked with me. ( I forgot her name, sorry) Bar none the top rated loan business that I had the pleasure to experience. You all rock!! Thank you.

  I sincerely appreciate them for accepting my loan application for the amount I requested with a fair credit score. Whenever I called the Customer Service was excellent answered my questions. Respectful and professional, I felt like I mattered.

  I qualified for over $4,000.00 loan last year and I had a year to make the minimum payment. I just paid off all of the remaining balance including interest charge for a year and guess what??? They double charged me another interest in the same amount for another year since I already paid that interest for this whole year including the balance I had left. I was being ripped off. Those were hidden fees and they were not practicing legitimately. I urge everyone out there who might be considering a loan to stay away from this company. I don't want the same happening to you as it did to me.
