  This place takes advantage of the unknowing. Had my ex go in mad at me over a tiff wanting to sell a promise ring. The ring was valued at 2 grand. I had more in it than that after sizing. People at Dans literally took full advantage of my exs spitefulness and told her they could only give her 65$. Of course, she took it thinking it was just a cheap ring. Don't let these guys play you too.

  Long time shopper but after two bad deals with Joe I'll b a no show for a while until deals are addresed as even an fair actually I'm back had time to re consider my thoughts Dan's is a good shop very good so I'm moving rating were it should be just cause I had bad ex with one not fair to hit whole store my apologies

  Mr Ledbetter expected us to trade even... his used item for one of ours. Unfortunately, we cant do that because we have overhead costs, like any business. We have HOLDING COSTS (cant put his merchandise out-for-sale for 30 days). When we tried to explain, he became rude and abusive to one our female employees. Joe stepped in, as manager, to mitigate the situation and defend one of his team members. It's unfortunate that Mr Ledbetter could not take a polite NO, for an answer. Worse, when you start being ugly with folks who are just doing their job. Joe is an excellent Dan's Pawn employee. Mr Ledbetter. Thanks for your apology. We all have a bad day here and there.

  These guys are AWESOME. From the owner to the newest employee. Customer service is on point, prices are reasonable the whole experience is great. I love it there.

  I went in to sell 3 cameras and a fossil watch. they only wanted to offer me $15 a piece for the cameras when online used they sell for $200 and the fossil watch they only wanted to give me $10 for it when i paid almost $300. There prices are not fair and they wont negotiate with you. At first the guy didnt even want to make me an offer on the watch because he said he wouldnt be able to give me that much for it. The employees name was max, I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING THERE!!!! Its not as nice as everyone thinks. if it was bigger and they had a wider variety of there items i think it would be a little bit better. but the over all experience was horrible. i personally dont think that they are the best in town.

  I love working for Dan's Pawn! The staff at both stores have always been helpful... that's what made me want to work there. Everyone is genuinely happy to be there.

  What a wonderful store! You couldn't ask for more honest employees. Very kind, considerate, and caring. They really will help you out. A nice store with very reasonable prices.

  There was no exaggeration between 435 455. Your guy said it didnt matter between the 2. We would get the same price regardless. As for him not having his Florida state issued license with him that's his own fault, his daughter my wife was with him and had a valid DL on her, I asked him to go with her and handle it because she has dealt with your guys hustling her before. I do appreciate the reply. People in this county have been through enough and sometimes need a little help. Thanks bud

  This saw was not a 455, it was a 435 model. And NEW, the 435 is about $270. USED, we sell them for about $140. We offered him a pawn loan of $70 (half of what it’s worth). He exaggerated the model and price point. The real problem was, he had no ID or DL and couldn’t legally pawn it.

  Bought a tv from you but it doesn’t work correctly the screen keeps turning off,the volume keeps cutting out also after watching it for so long
