Extremely unprofessinal made every excuse to not sell me a firearm when I was just following up on them sending me ffl info about the gun I seen on armslist they claimed I had a attitude.

      Response from the owner

Unfortunately we was unable to make you happy. Right now we are extremely busy with firearms, and when things didn't go as fast as you thought they should you got rude with my employees, and when I sent an email for your info you called and said you didn't have time to deal with emails. I simply told you that I couldn't do business with you at that point.

Very helpful staff, excellent selection of all kinds of goods, especially tools and firearms, with amazing prices. Definitely a good place to check out before paying retail on just about anything worth looking for deals on.

      Response from the owner

      Thanks for the Review Thomas!

Their prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected considering that it's a pawn shop. The staff isn't overly friendly, but they aren't rude either. They come off as eager to make a sale, but their salesmanship leaves much to be desired.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for the review! We try to look every item up that is put out for sale, but sometimes we do miss something. If you think something is to high please bring that to our attention we want everyone to get a good deal!

I have made several purchases on different visits. The staff always give me their full attention while I am there. Purchased a gun online. Received a phone call to tell me the gun had arrived. Service is a step above other places in town.

      Response from the owner

Thanks for your business, and your review! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

I have bought several tools and guns form Alamo. The store is clean, the product is in better condition than most other stores and the prices are fair.

They tell you that you can bring something back if you need but fail to mention they will take 20% off what You paid as a "restocking fee". I'm sure it costs them a Great deal to throw something on a shelf. Don't buy unless you're Sure it actually Works.

      Response from the owner

We do test every item that comes into our store, and we are more than happy to show you that the item works before you leave to store. That being said we never charge a restocking fee from something that is broke or doesn't work correctly. If you decide that you just don't want the item then yes that is a little different, we will still try to make you happy but you also have to understand that we might have lost a chance to sell that item to someone else that came in the store. Thanks for your review!

Wow personally I know how pawn shops are definitely something that when you go in to sell something you're going to lose a lot but I didn't think that it would be so bad there at that certain location that you could bring in a brand new item and literally get offered 10% of what it's worth even when it's brand new unused warrantied still, I mean realistically I figured they would offer me a third for the value of it being it still head every sticker whole nine, then try to see if workout some type of deal with something else and not only did they in the process of explaining all I had on it, proceeded to cut me off and tell me how it's not as valuable Etc except for the fact that if for some reason I decided to hat let them completely ripped me off today by buying my I guarantee you that both of them especially in the condition and the value that I had they would have mark them at damn near what I was wanting for it if I actually sold it to a private buyer what a laugh didn't even give it a chance to try to make any business and potentially have a returning customer while they still manage to meet their enormous amount of profit some business sense

      Response from the owner

We are sorry that we where not able to provide you with the amount that you requested. Unfortunately when we looked up the item at Lowes they where considerably cheaper than you said you had paid for yours, and what you wanted to sell it for. We wish you the best in selling your items!

Selling metal brake for more than new one .after looking at all the reviews it seems only firearm buyers are satisfied .most other customers are NOT .Rip offs .shop online and get free shipping for same items they sell and get new for less money

      Response from the owner

The brake that we have for sale is over $2,000 at homedepot and $1,900 at amazon. We just put this out for sale today for $1,400 which I think is a great deal, and as always we are open to an offer. Are you sure you have the correct pawn shop that you seen the break at? We are located on transmitter rd. Give me a call and lets see if we can make a deal that makes both of us happy.
