  I needed to get some new living room furniture fast since my ex-wife finally decided to get hers out of the house. Called Amy at Springfield Branch and within hours I was able to go out and purchase what I needed. Amy and Kelly are very knowledgeable and efficient.

  Amazing customer service! Got right to work on what I needed and even though the computer had a glitch, I was still in and out in less than 45 minutes.Very friendly associates. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

  This place has an option when you take out the loan to pay it back within 15 days. I decided the interest rate was way too high and returned the money on the 13th day. When i called a few days ago to schedule a time to pay the money back, Kelly had a very negative tone with me over the phone. She informed me after giving me my receipt today that they would no longer offer loans to me because i paid it back within the 15 days. She was very rude with her tone once again. I had already made up my mind before i paid the loan today that i wouldn't return there for a loan because of her bad attitude. I have been a loyal customer there off and on for 3 or 4 years. I always dealt with Amy in the past and unfortunately for me, she was on vacation. If you choose to go there, ask for Amy but try to pay extra on the loan if possible. Interest rates are in the 30% range.

  Very simple process, and always very courteous service. She was able to meet me on her day off to sign paperwork to accommodate my schedule. Only way it could be better would be if signing online and direct deposit were possible.

  Was informed through preapproval that I would be approved… filled out the application and has someone call me for additional information. Fast forward 6 1/2 hours and no response. Call back and they couldn’t even find my application but then said it was denied. Horrible customer service.

  My experience was in Springfield. This is my 3rd experience with the ladies at this branch. They are very professional and courteous; I enjoy working with them.

  This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I came here to take out a small personal loan and never missed a payment for months. I then got injured and had to have emergency surgery which put me out of work for 2 months. This company harassed me several times and wouldn't work with me on the remaining payments left on the loan. The branch manager was very rude and could care less about my situation. I will never be involved with this company against n and I hope no one else gets scammed like I did. I will faithfully post bad reviews for this location.
