  I had a terrible experience with associate Kim. I did my application in February (02/23) and had not heard from the office until 3 weeks later (03/11) ( I had almost forgot who they were when they called). Kim collected all of my information and told me she would get back to me with loan status after my information is ran. On 03/16 Kim called me back stating that I am approved for a certain amount and would need to submit documentation expeditiously as my application expires in 03/21, I submitted all documents that night. On 03/17 Kim called me back stating that my income was approved however because I don’t have in state Id my application was not approved. I respectfully took the answer but it didn’t make sense to me. Instead of expressing that to Kim, I contacted customer relations and spoke with a manager that verified my out of state id would be accepted. After she reached out to Kim, she called Me back and updated me. She stated Kim said something asking the lines of “why didn’t she just call me”. Kim then reached out to me and told me she’s not able to count my overtime on my check as income and although I have a roommate that I split rent with they would still have to count the full amount of rent (even my roommates portion) into my debt to income ratio. As the conversation went on I identified this as retaliation as I had to call customer relations to get the correct information regarding my loan. I have been nothing but respectful to everyone I speak to and never thought I would experience such unethical behavior as a potential customer. I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the ability to not take work personal. I am still dealing with this process and will continue to go up the chain of command until my issue is resolved.

  They turn into a collection agency if you are a day late and still within your grace period. Calls everyday to myself and my workplace.
