  I was invited to apply for a loan through Credit Karma last Friday, with oustanding chances for approval. Thereafter I received and email in order to contact this Mariner branch directly to start the process ( I have also received invitations from Mariner Finance via conventional mail several times) I spoke to a lady around 4:30 pm that day, who told me that she was going to send me a link on 5/16/22 to upload my check stubs for review. I never received neither an email or text, nor a call. This is very bad service and very unprofessional. The good thing is that I do not need the loan for the moment, I just followed the invitation to keep building my credit. But if I need it in the future, I will definetively will not use Mariner Finance.

  Mariner was very professional and courteous. They loaned me a substantial amount of money in a speedy and trouble free manner. I was able to process all the paperwork online. Mariner has a sophisticated procedure and I am grateful for the expeditious service. Thank you Mariner. All the customer service personnel were first class and their mode of operation was state of the art.

  Good luck on getting a call back from these people. They say they will get back with you but they don’t. You must call them constantly if you want stuff done.finally they say I’m approved for 2,000 so i make an appointment to go in with all the needed paperwork and just for them to tell me I’m not approved no more.🤷🏼‍♂️ What a waste of my time. Good thing I didn’t really need the loan it was just for credit building.

  Suzanne took care of me and went out of her way to help me. Every time I have gone into the Mariner Finance office the whole staff has been friendly, courteous and professional. The company is great to work with - the staff puts you at ease and makes the process easy.

  I've never met a rude person. 'Sine I been with Mariner fin. For 5 years. But today I did ' her name is Laura!! Don't get me wrong ' there are good people there and very respectful' n good. A person like Laura need More training.or some kind of training or how to talk to customer.

  It was done a very timely manner and no hassle. I wish I would have known earlier so I could get my procedure done long time ago. Monthly payments are reasonable. Thankful and it only took 1 day for fund to get deposited in my account.

  Great customer service. The only down side to existing customers is when offering you more money the amount is not guaranteed. You have to repeat the credit check process once again and not receive what they offered you.

  Overall it was fast and simple, very professional terms were clearly explained and did not try to cell additional policies you didn't need it is all up to you. I truly give this office a 10 being the highest and great customer service. Thank you
