  I received a promotional invitation and decided to apply. The application process started over the phone and was completed at Mariner's Finance Office. The entire process was simple and completed promptly. I received a great rate as well as monthly payment. Maria has great customer service skills, she was very professional, detailed and courteous throughout the entire application process! This is my second personal loan with Mariner Finance. I am very grateful to all the staff at Mariner Finance/Bakersfield and I look forward to many years of great customer service, Thank You Iris

  If you’re trying to get in touch with them to start a new loan I’m sure they will get in touch with you quickly. But if you have issues with an existing loan, Goodluck getting in touch with anyone. Their policies are ridiculous and they are not there to help you, they are only there to take your money. Choose any other loan company and I’m sure you’ll have a better experience.

  They judge you based on your past mistakes make sure to stay away from this ghetto as company. They are very rude an unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint against with the Better buissness burea and the Senator of california.

  Very good customer service. It does require patience if you go down to the office because they have to verify everything. Marco did great !

  I just got approval.waiting on deposit..the experience was good the gentleman was very helpful didn't ask for much from me to get approval.yes I will definitely recommend this company to friends
