  I applied for another loan with Mariner on 7/29/21 I was working with a young lady and wanted to continue the process with her. Unfortunately she was busy with other customers so I got to work with Anthony. The young lady had already told me I had been approved for the loan and just needed my check stub, but Anthony claimed I was denied. I waited a day and checked my application online and sure enough I was approved. I called the store SEVERAL times and they just did not answer! I ended up calling private and FINALLY getting the young lady I was working with. We finished the process and I elected to have the funds sent via ACH which I was told take 2-3 business days. The last time I called my bank they were able to see the deposit pending after 2 days this time nothing in sight! Once again I called the store and the phone just rang and rang. I don’t know what’s the problem this time but they are VERY unresponsive and it is extremely frustrating when you have an unexpected expense come up and you apply for a loan all to be given the run around. And still nobody is communicating anything!
