  Not too long ago they sent me a check throught the mail (large amount) so I cashed it and paid them back on time and even paid off early. Never having had a loan with them before let alone any history with them I was grateful that they took that risk and lent to me anyway. After I paid off, it was constant calling and offers from them which every time I kindly declined. Couple of weeks ago I had an emergency and finally called to accept their many offers for a large loan. They took 2 days to let me know I was not approved which really shocked me. I was nothing but an excellent customer who paid early, I have an increase in income and yet they did not approve me. I went with World Finance and they immediately were happy to take my business. I will no longer do business with Mariner Finance nor will I ever recommend them.

  The service i received was excellent... My loan officer was courteous and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even though at first i was denied the loan amount i was needing i was later called and given an approval! She worked with me on the terms and was able to extend my first payment over 30 days!!! Thank you... thank you... thank you!!!

  Very pleased with the way this establishment conducts business. The girls are absolutely amazing, they know exactly what service to provide, so that the customers are extremely content with the end result of the process.   I applied for a loan and I understand I need a cosigner but the they contacted me, not even if I needed any information or anything, they always tell me they will call me back but never do. Staff is super nice through but for me personally never reach out to help me with options.

  I am confuse I applied online and got an approved email then called the office the assistant manager told me I was denied no reason given.
