  About a week ago I went to this location in Brownsville Texas and was amazed at how helpful Ms. Samantha Alvarez was. She took the time out of her day to really explain everything to be as best as she could. She really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and I was able to ask all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this location if someone needs help or has any questions.

  Very welcoming staff and eager to help in any need, question or concern the customers have. The presentation of the staff as well as that of the office was overall highly satisfactory. The representative Rick Rosales was very professional, welcoming and overall presented great attention to help with my issue.

  I have been with World Finance for a while now, and they have always been such great help. Rick Rosales is my go to guy(loan officer)!! He is always so very helpful, he always finds away to take care of everything for me quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for a loan you can't go wrong with World Finance!!
