  Dora has great customer service skills. She was great at explaining all the documents that we have to sign and made the process quick and simple. Sometimes these things take a long time and the agent won’t take the time to explain so we appreciate that Dora took the time to do all these things for us.

  We drove all the way from Laredo, Texas because supposedly Wilbur told us via telephone conversation on Friday April 15, 2022 that we had been approved for a $7,000.00 loan. This was to pay off some debts to help us alleviate some of our monthly payments. We brought all the necessary documents to him but ……. Low & behold, he didn’t tell us we needed to have full coverage insurance on our vehicle? It was a total disaster and disappointment due to the fact that if he would have told us this on Friday …….. we would not have driven all the way over here to his McAllen’s office location period! We were almost driving on empty when we left his office …… had to take money out from our savings account in order to put gas and drive back to home! Never again!

  Great place to get some financial help when needed. They work with you to get what is needed to get the money you need. Great staff worked with Wilmer Lopez today and like always transaction went smooth.
