  Terrible customer service. I had to constantly call to get updates from Sam even though he told me he would call back in X amount of time, he never did. I went with a different agency and they were able to help me out super quick. When I called Sam to let him know he could do away with my application he didn’t seem to care. I had a loan with them before this and paid it off quickly always on time with payments and paid it off before it was due to be paid off. Had a good experience with them with the first loan, But after this most recent terrible customer service experience I’ll never go to them again for any of my financial needs.

  It's a very organized friendly place for a loan. They really try and go the extra mile. Rocio was the lady who attended me, she was very thorough with the information and what I was signing. Low interest compares to others.

  Needed a short term loan for an unexpected expense and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Samuel explained the process, what documentation was needed, and the terms and conditions. There were no fees for paying off quickly, and Samuel made sure to follow up with next steps to remove the lien used to obtain the loan. I recommended Mariner to relatives and one has already used their services. Thanks for being so reliable and customer-service oriented.

  Highly recommend these guys! I don't have the best of credit and neither does my wife but they did all they could do to help us get exactly what we needed for our business investment! Go check them out!
